Cookie Decorating Party

We had such a great time at our cookie decorating party.  Thank you Cookie Doodlez Confections (http://www.cookiedoodlez.com/cookiedoodlez.com/Home.html)! Tricia dropped off a big box of yummy cookies, frosting and sprinkles for our girls.

We talked about the meaning of Christmas and why it is far more fun to give then receive.  We also wrapped our "super secret Christmas projects" so they could go under our Christmas trees.

Now that Christmas is over - our super secret Christmas projects were homemade rice warmers.  The girls filled their rice warmers with rice, lavender and rose buds.  They then sewed the opening close themselves and wrapped them for Christmas.  Moms, Dads, Aunts and Grandmas (I think I got everyone) - just put your new rice warmer in the microwave for one minute and 30 seconds.  It will stay warm for a long time and when it starts to cool off just put it back in for another 30 - 45 seconds.  They are so nice to have on such cold nights!

  1. What a lavish decorating party! Table and food is managed so very well. Birthday party of my friend's daughter was also an interesting day spent with lovely kids. Liked the interior and organized garden area of San Francisco venues hired at such affordable rates. Sweets and cookies ordered were from renowned places. Kids played and danced a lot.
